The Call for Papers is closed!

The authors whose contributions have been accepted by the Programme Committee have been informed by April 30, 2004. All selected papers will be published in a proceedings volume to be distributed during the conference.

The final version of the selected papers are required and due by August 15, 2004. Submissions after this date WILL NOT BE INCLUDED in the conference proceedings. You will have to use once again the MAGICONF tool to upload your articles. You will be informed when the tool is ready (before the 18th june 2004).

Expexted article length:
Paper size: B5 (Please use the guidelines below)
between 2'500-5'000 words
5-10 pages including graphics

 

Posters.

Final 'Poster' Abstract
To be included in the conference proceedings, the final version of your poster abstract are required and due by August 15, 2004. Submissions after this date WILL NOT BE INCLUDED in the proceedings. You will have to use the MAGICONF tool to upload your articles. You will be informed when the tool is ready (before the 18th june 2004).

Expexted poster article length:
Paper size: B5 (Please use the same guidelines as for the papers below)
between 500-1'500 words
1-3 pages including graphics

Poster Layout
At the conference in October, the size of your poster should be:
minimum ISO A1 vertical or horizontal (59.46 x 84.09 cm) and
maximum ISO A0 vertical (84.09 x 118.92 cm).
The poster should respect a visual balance of text and graphics.
Try to use a maximum of 500 words for more readability.
